Madison Creative dons a new identity as mc2

We saw Brand David, which now has merged into Bates Enterprise, and Everest Brand Solutions do it earlier. Then TME did it this year, and now Madison Creative has similar news. The agency has decided to shed its old identity and don a new look to keep in league with the changing advertising world. Madison Creative will now be mc2.

Prabha Prabhu, Executive Director, Madison Communications, informed that with the new identity, new members have also been added to the creative team, with Kartik Mani leading it as National Creative Director. The agency donned the new look last week.

Explaining more on the reasons of this decision to rebrand the agency as mc2, Prabhu said, “It is inspired by the exciting times we live in. mc2 reflects the energy that is the industry now. The logo of mc2 reflects the energetic, bold and young crop of talent it has on board. Painted in New York taxi colours, black on yellow, the agency picked a logo that would make them happy to be working there everyday. Apart from the bright and cheerful colours, the logo has pac man on it, to show just how much fun they intend on having.”

Prabhu is clear that the intention is to dramatically improve the agency’s creative stock. She said, “Which is why there’s a new team, and a whole new way of thinking in place. Positive energy, hunger and unconventional thinking, is what mc2 believes it will brings to every brand.

The ‘new’ agency will deliver ‘as of this moment’ advertising solutions for clients -- from those with deep pockets to the thrifty, we will deliver solution ranging from ad films to guerilla.”
