Lowe Bangalore wins advertising duties of RMZ Corp

Following a multi-agency pitch, Lowe Bangalore has bagged the advertising duties for RMZ Corp. The size of the business is estimated to be in the vicinity of Rs 6 crore. Lintas Media Group will handle the media duties. RMZ Corp is a real estate company with a pan-India presence. It is present in cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and will be soon foraying into Kolkata.

Commenting on their decision to appoint Lowe Bangalore as their communication partner, Juggy Marwaha, Vice-president, Sales, RMZ Corp, said, “We had called close to five agencies for the pitch and our decision to go along with Lowe was purely guided by the fact that there were synergies between our vision and Lowe’s approach. The creative that the agency put forth was aligning with our overall strategies. We are looking at building a sustainable brand presence through various media initiative.”

Marwaha elaborated on the company’s vision which he said was to bring along best practices in the real estate business and change the way the business was perceived now. Along with this, the company aims to lift the bar of creativity in real estate while attracting new talent to the industry.

On winning the business, Ashish Athawle, AVP, Lowe Bangalore, said, “RMZ Corp is a philosophy. I would call it a company that is into `Unreal Estate Business’.”

He added, “I can confidently say that the work that would do with the client will change the perception of the real estate industry. During the pitch we were asked to present what would reorient the entire industry, and the communication is just a part of that process. We will look at end-user point of view and not beat around the usual stuff that’s seen in real estate advertising such as panoramic views or idyllic locations.”
