Louise Au joins Aegis Media China as Director of M&A and Integration

KF Lee, CEO of Aegis Media Greater China, has announced the appointment of Louise Au as Director of M&A and Integration at Aegis Media China. Based in Shanghai, Louise will oversee and manage Aegis Media China’s M&A activities to ensure smooth integrations by engaging all the relevant stakeholders. She will report directly to Kym Pfitzner, Chief Operating Officer of Aegis Media China. This appointment will take effect immediately.

“Over the past few years, Aegis Media has acquired some leading digital agencies in China such as Catchstone, OMP and WonderAd. We will continue our local M&A strategies to further expand our service scale and capabilities, and reinforce our leadership position in the market especially in the digital arena. Louise’s appointment reflects our determination of sustainable business growth and expansion in China. We believe her extensive experience in M&A and integrations will bring significant value to support the group’s overall development,” KF said.

Louise has worked in the advertising industry for over 16 years, with her main focuses on strategic planning of mergers and acquisitions activities, as well as digital marketing communications. Prior to joining Aegis Media China, she was Partner of Axis Business Consulting Company, where she successfully provided many multi -national advertising corporations with consultations on transfer, M&A and investment. She previously held senior executive positions in digital communications agencies such as Mercury and Digitas. Various international brands such as Ford, L’Oreal, J&J, Sony and Unilever are included in her client profile, and her extensive industry and management experience covers the Greater China region and Japan.
