Lintas Media Group assigned Rs 20-cr media duties of Wockhardt Hospitals

Lintas Media Group in Bangalore has bagged the media duties of Wockhardt Hospitals following a multi-agency pitch. The size of the business is estimated to be approximately Rs 20 crore.

Commenting on the win, Sudha Natrajan, COO & Joint President, Lintas Media Group, said, “The new win adds to the breadth of category that we are handling in diverse segments. The healthcare segment is an extremely challenging category and will give us an opportunity to handle this extremely important category. With this win, LMG is surely inching closer to becoming the leader in the media business in Bangalore.”

Joydeep Raha, VP, Lintas Media Bangalore Collective, who had spearheaded the pitch, said, “I am extremely pleased to get an opportunity to work in the booming healthcare category which is a sensitive category and holds a lot of potential in terms of media selection.”

Wockhardt Hospitals is among the leading players in the private healthcare segment. The Group has huge expansion plans nationwide and is looking for a 360-degree communication. Wockhardt Hospitals is known for its super-speciality in several disciplines.

Recently, Lintas Media Group (LMG) in Bangalore had won the Stovekraft business worth Rs 20 crore. Stovekraft is a Bangalore-based leading manufacturer of household appliances, solar water heaters and modular kitchens under the brand name of Pigeon and Gilma. LMG has also entered the Kerala market sometime back by bagging the business of the Manappuram Group of Companies.
