Tata Chemicals has finally taken a decision on its creative partner. Following a multi-agency pitch, the company has zeroed in on Leo Burnett to take care of its creative duties worth about Rs 12-15 crore. TME (The Media Edge) continues to handle the media duties of the company.
Apart from Leo Burnett and incumbent agency Bates, the other agencies in the fray were Rediffusion DY&R, Contract, Lowe, Quadrant and FCB-Ulka.
Apart from the Tata Salt, Tata Chemicals also has Samundar Cooking Soda and the south market focussed Samundar Crystal Salt in its product portfolio. At the time of filing the story, neither the client nor the agency were available for comment.
