Law & Kenneth Delhi moves to a new locale with serious expansion plans

As Law & Kenneth Delhi shifts base to a new and swankier address – from New Friends Colony to Okhla, the agency is also geared for manpower and creative growth. With this shift in location, there is also freshness in the team with some new additions. The agency is looking at a 100 per cent growth in manpower for which a shift in base was necessary. The movement to the new office is very recent.

With clients like Dabur Healthcare, Dabur Foods, and Unitech, among others under its belt, and several pitches lined up, Law & Kenneth Delhi is also looking ahead in terms of business growth.

On the agency’s expansion plans, Anil Nair, CEO & Managing Partner , Law & Kenneth, said, “We have completely revamped ourselves. We are not hiring because there are vacancies, we are looking at sustaining our growth and, therefore, we have moved to a bigger place. We are not hiring people just to fill the gap of those who have left. Law & Kenneth Delhi is stable and is ready to take on the bigger agencies.”

He further said, “In terms of learning, Delhi has taught us a lot, here clients are much more progressive and ahead of the curve. Therefore, we needed a team to take challenges head on. Not just Delhi, but we will also be expanding in Kolkata and down South shortly.”

Regarding hirings and expansion plans in Delhi, Varinder Shah Kant, Vice President, Law & Kenneth, said, “80 per cent of my Delhi team is in place. The process of hiring is still on. With a new place we have a new team of people. We are purposely hiring top level employees as we are not looking short term at all. We have hired people with solid knowledge in terms of marketing communication, brand knowledge and advertising knowledge. We have hired people with very good backgrounds.”
