Landor appoints Kurnal Rawat as Creative Director and Manukrishna Nair as Client Director for its Mumbai office

Branding and design firm Landor announced the appointment of Kurnal Rawat as Creative Director and Manukrishna Nair as Client Director for its Mumbai office. They will be reporting to Lulu Raghavan, Managing Director of Landor Mumbai.

Equally proficient with print and digital media, Kurnal Rawat will work on expanding Landor Mumbai's expertise in areas like digital and experiential design. He will be responsible for steering the creative team to deliver agile and inspired design solutions.

Most recently, Rawat led the creative team at Brash Brands, based in Dubai. He began his career by cofounding Grandmother, a Mumbai-based multi-disciplinary visual communications firm which he ran for 15 years. Rawat has worked in many industries, including aviation, banking, consumer goods, fashion, hospitality, sports and government.

Manukrishna Nair will be leading and managing client relationships for key projects. An entrepreneur and a strategic thinker, Nair has over 12 years of industry experience. Passionate about using design to unlock greater value for business, he co-founded Sapta, his own innovation design and consulting company, prior to joining Landor.

Nair has combined business savvy and creative thinking to create brands like Drools, the Indian pet food brand, and to deliver differentiated experiences for major clients such as 3M, The Bombay Store, Odyssey, Britannia, Printo, Future Group, and Sachin Tendulkar.
