JWT wins creative mandate for Brylcreem

Sara Lee Household & Body Care India has selected JWT India to handle the creative duties of its Brylcreem brand. The account size is estimated at around Rs 10-12 crore. The incumbent agency is RK Swamy BBDO. An industry source close to the development has confirmed the news.

The media duties are handled by Madison Media.

India’s One-day cricket captain MS Dhoni will continue to be the brand ambassador for Brylcreem. The communication mix will comprise both ATL and BTL activities which will initially concentrate on television communication.

Recently, the brand launched an entire range of men's toiletries under the Brylcreem banner. The range includes shaving gels, deo sprays, after-shaves and deo talcs, and was initially launched in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. The range would go nationally soon.
