: JWT Delhi wins creative duties of Sony VAIO notebooks

JWT Delhi has won the creative duties of Sony VAIO notebooks in India. The account size is upwards of Rs 15 crore. Senior sources close to the development confirmed the news. The incumbent agency was Percept Hakudo. The multi-agency pitch for the account was invited three months ago.

VAIO notebooks from Sony India claims to hold the distinction of being the world’s slimmest, equipped with the thinnest LCD and designed with unique built-in camera. The notebooks were launched in India in November 2005.

Sources have said that Sony VAIO has big plans for India. The company finds India to be a very exciting market and would be focussing on three fundamentals: to bring in the latest technology, the best customer service, and quality product to its consumers.

JWT would be handling all aspects of Sony VAIO’s communication, which includes print, TVC, Internet, below-the-line activities and outdoors. The campaigns will soon be launched.
