JWT Chennai has won the Vivekananda Institute account in a multi-agency pitch. The agencies in the pitch were O&M, Lowe, Fountainhead, RK Swamy, Mudra and Contract.
JWT claims that its relevant creative, vernacular expertise and experience in handling education institutes like SSI and American International School, Chennai helped them bag the brand.
Vivekananda Institute, for 25 years, has been imparting high quality distance programs for learning English as a language. The institute, in a bid to create a distinct national identity and to double its business, called for a pitch for the first time.
The launch campaign is slated around April and will involve a gamut of activities - from mass media to direct marketing and other below-the-line activities.
