J Walter Thompson wins 3 Gold Pencils, BBDO and McCann win 1 Gold Pencil each at The One Show

The One Club announced the winners for the 42nd Annual One Show Awards, the most prestigious worldwide competition celebrating the year's best in all forms of advertising, design and marketing communications.  McCann Worldgroup India/Mumbai, J. Walter Thompson India/Bangalore and BBDO India/Mumbai all won Gold Pencils at The One Show.  

With 18 One Show Pencils, India ranked 10th out of 65 countries that submitted entries this year.  Earlier this year, The One Club, based in New York City, established the International Board of Directors to increase its presence in countries producing the best creative work. Prasoon Joshi, Chairman McCann Asia Pacific, CEO & Chief Creative Officer McCann India, was named to the International Board to guide and understand the India market and sensibility better.

The One Club received more than 20,000 entries from 1,300 agencies in 65 countries.
