IPG Mediabrands elevates leadership talent to strengthen core team in India

IPG Mediabrands has made three senior-level appointments in India, elevating talent from within the agency. This move has strengthened its core team.

Nandini Dias, the former COO (operating from Mumbai) has been appointed as CEO Lodestar UM. Dias has been with the agency since 2007, and has been keenly involved in establishing Lodestar as a media service brand, setting up new initiatives such as Lodestar OOH and Lodestar Brand Experiences, among others.

Anamika Mehta, former COO of Lodestar UM (operating from Delhi) has been appointed as CEO of Initiative. Like Dias, Mehta has been with the agency since 2007, and has worked across sectors with her team, handling a set of elite clients including Coca-Cola.

The agency formerly followed a two-COO structure.

Amar Deep Singh, former CEO of Interactive Avenues will become CEO of MAP, which consists of Reprise and Interactive Avenues.

This core team is completed with Suresh Balakrishna, who continues to head BPN as CEO.

“We have a great core leadership team in place with Nandini, Anamika, Amar and Suresh,” said Shashi Sinha, CEO, IPG Mediabrands, who believes in nurturing talent and leadership from within the company.
