Interactions bags media duties of Tally Solutions;account size pegged at Rs 20 crore

Interactions, Bangalore, has bagged the media duties for Tally Solutions Ltd following a multi-agency pitch. The size of the business is pegged in the region of Rs 20 crore. The other agencies in the fray were Mindshare and incumbent Vibrant Media.

Confirming the development, Sudha Natrajan, Head, Interactions, Bangalore, said, “It was an extremely challenging pitch for two reasons – the first being the challenge of providing an innovative media solution to a product of this category, and second being delivering quality product in the shortest turnaround time. However, I believe that best solutions evolve within stringent time pressures. We are elated over the confidence shown by our client to initiate our relationship.”

Interactions, the second media brand of the Lintas Media Group, is headquartered in Bangalore. The agency handles brands such as the ITC Group, Reynolds, Tidewater, BSNL, MRF, St.Gobain, I-Gate, etc.

Tally is a business accounting software, which has an almost monopolistic grip over the market in which it operates. Their three business lines comprise software and solutions group, education services group and enterprise management services group. Their latest ‘Tally 8.1’ version is the world’s first completely multilingual accounting platform.
