Indya.com launches Indya Tickets

According to the company Alok Sethi, who is the chief financial officer of Indya.Com, will now also be the chief executive officer of Bigtree Interactive Ticketing.

The Indya Tickets service, covering movie tickets, theatre and cinema, sports events, music and entertainment shows and specialised events, were available in five cities via multi-access points -- telephone, the internet and special kiosks located at strategic locations such as petrol pumps and other venues.

Indya Tickets had already successfully handled mega events like Bryan Adams tour, Venga Boys, India-Australia-Zimbabwe cricket tours and India-Australia series. The company had already tied up with leading brands like BPCL, ICICI Direct, HMV and Fresh One among others.

Indya Tickets had a strong network with over 100 entertainment venues in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.
