Indiabulls reviews creative & media biz of securities and real estate services; 5 agencies in the fray

Indiabulls has decided to review the creative and media business for its securities and real estate services. Five agencies are reportedly vying for the business. The overall account size for the entire Indiabulls Group is estimated at around Rs 20-25 crore. In 2007, Dentsu Marcom had bagged the creative and media mandate for Indiabulls’ financial and real estate services.

No officials from Indiabulls were available for comments at the time of filing the report. However, industry sources close to the development have confirmed the development.

The Indiabulls Group has business interests in real estate, infrastructure, financial services, retail, multiplex and power sectors.

Indiabulls Securities Ltd is a capital market company with all-India presence. It claims to be the first and only brokerage house in India to be assigned the highest rating BQ – 1 by CRISIL. Indiabulls Securities Ltd is listed on the NSE, BSE and Luxembourg stock exchange.

Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd is a property company with development projects spread across residential projects, commercial offices, hotels, malls, and Special Economic Zones (SEZs) infrastructure development.
