After a multi-agency pitch that lasted for almost two months, Havas Worldwide India was awarded the creative mandate for Uninor. Bates Chi & Partners is the incumbent agency on the account .  Havas Worlwide India will start handling the medium sized telecom account from January, 2015.

Reacting to the win, Satbir Singh, Managing Partner & Chief Creative Officer, Havas Worldwide India said, “Telecom has been an area that has seen a lot of action over the last several years. It's going to get increasingly more interesting with things like 4G on the horizon. It was a long and elaborate pitch process that involved quite a few top-notch agencies and lasted almost two months. We're delighted to have won creative duties for Uninor. It's doing very well in its circles. We're very excited to partner it in its ambitious plans for the future.”

Samir Miglani, Head - Brand and Marcom, Uninor said, “In the pitch process Havas brought a fresh perspective to our value proposition of ‘sabse sasta’. They came across as a bunch of passionate guys and a mid-size agency with a hunger to prove themselves. Which we felt fitted perfectly well with Uninor culture.”
