Happy Creative Services expands digital division

Happy Creative Services has expanded its digital division to offer a fully-equipped solution to brands.

Run by a core team, comprising Akshaye Madhok as Digital Director, Sanaa Abdussamad as Creative Lead, Anoop Menon as Digital Strategist, Sumana Samuk as Group Account Director and Madhu Sudan as Digital Producer, the idea shop’s digital division will help brands connect with their target audience in the digital domain.

The 18-member team -- consisting of digital marketing experts across strategy, creative, content, technology, data, design and development – will offer data-driven insights to create purposeful digital content.

“We intend to achieve this through the application of consumer data and technology insights with focus to marry design and digital. With the rise of so many tech businesses, we are equipped to deliver to their design and experience needs,” says Praveen Das, Chief Creative Officer and Co-Founder, Happy.

Though the division is being launched officially only now, the company has been involved with producing content in this domain for over the past eight years. “We have been a medium-agnostic agency, providing content for brands across requirements. The move to invest in a fully native digital set-up is more from an internal capability point of view. In the world of digital ideas, having the ability to experiment internally, just makes the process and output a lot better. Also, it helps marketers identify with us when we have a full-fledged unit. It’s also a move to transform the entire agency into a digital ecosystem. We love creating brands and have successfully done so in the past seven years. We are excited to see if we can create brands purely on digital,” says Kartik Iyer, CEO and Co-Founder, Happy.

Some of the services that the company offers are -- social media marketing and communication, content strategy, community management, social listening and analytics, social experience design, influencer outreach, web video production, strategic ideas and gratification management.
