exchange4media Group, in partnership with GroupM, is presenting IMPACT Media Conversations, featuring an evening with Mark Patterson, CEO, GroupM Asia Pacific on May 22, 2013 at Hotel Royal Orchid in Bangalore.

Patterson will be speaking on the various concerns of the advertising, media and marketing community. A deeply probing Q&A session with Annurag Batra, Chairman & Editor-in-Chief, exchange4media Group will cover wide ranging topics such as emergence of the APAC region in the global economy, significance of India in the APAC region, changing dynamics of the agency-brand owner relationship, changing dynamics of the agency-media owner relationship, media of the future, and brands of the future.

The Q&A Session will be followed by a panel discussion on ‘Making Media Work for the Marketer’. The speakers include industry leaders from the fields of marketing, media planning, print media, digital media and broadcasting, including Avinash Pant, Marketing Director, Nike; KE Venkatachalapathy, CEO, Arvind Retail; Vikram Grover, Head, Marketing - India & South Asia, Tata Global Beverages India; Arun Anant, CEO, Kasturi & Sons; and Pradeep Dwivedi, Chief Corporate Sales & Marketing Officer, Dainik Bhaskar Group.

Some of the topics that will be taken up during the panel discussion include marketers’ expectations while investing in a medium/ media brand, marketers’ expectations from marketing communication agencies, branding/ design, media planning/ buying, BLT, PR, media owners’ expectations from media agencies, media agencies’ expectations from media owners and marketers, the future of the marketer-media agency-media owner equation.
