Millennium Spire has appointed Grey Worldwide to handle its creative and media duties following a multi-agency pitch that involved four agencies. Millennium Spire is a green field company under the Millennium Global umbrella and is focused on private equity investments in real estate. The company is investing over $1 billion in India, and has currently deployed investments across three projects – one in Coimbatore and two in the NCR.

This is the second account win for Grey Worldwide this year after the new business of Jindal Saw. Jindal Saw, a part of the Jindal Group, is expanding to new areas of growth. Their business operates on four strategic units – large diameter pipes, seamless tubes, DI (Ductile Iron) pipes and the US operations. The US operations markets the products manufactured by the strategic units.
Millennium is an independently-owned alternative investment management company established in 1994. As on January 1, 2008, their assets under management stood at $13.3 billion. The company has offices in London, Guernsey, Geneva, Miami, Singapore and Delhi.
