Govt pitches up for grab across Delhi, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh

Various government pitches for empanelment of agencies are in process across regions. While National Textile Corporation is looking for ad agencies in Delhi for a complete makeover, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur and Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh are looking for agencies to provide creative, media and digital consultancy in Rajasthan and Hyderabad, respectively.

National Textile Corporation rebranding and advertising campaign, New Delhi:
As National Textile Corporation (NTC), a Central public sector undertaking under Ministry of Textiles plans to undergo major transformation with complete re-vamp and restructuring of its existing operations, it is on the lookout for agencies to handle the entire re-branding and advertising campaign.

The company has invited applications from leading agencies for the same, especially agencies that are established in this field and have handled fashion or lifestyle and retail products across national and international markets. Agencies should have an annual turnover of above Rs 10 crore in the last three financial years and operations in Delhi/NCR in order to be eligible for the pitch process.

Last date for submission of proposals is October 17, 2011.

State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur:
State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur has invited applications from leading advertising agencies to provide consultation services, press advertising, print production, creative services like radio commercials, TV commercials, online advertising and electronic media advertising to the bank. Agencies should have a full-fledged office with creative team in Jaipur in order to apply.

The other qualifying criteria include sound financial position of the agency with a billing amount of not less than Rs 5 crore in FY 2010-11, out of which 10 per cent should pertain to PSU accounts, operation for at least five years with experience in publicity/ advertising for corporate/ companies/ public sector banks and INS accreditation.

Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Limited (APTRANSCO), Hyderabad:
Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh Ltd (APTRANSCO) has invited quotations from ad agencies accredited with INS having turnover more than Rs 4 crore per annum to handle all its creative duties for a period of two years. The eligibility criteria for the pitch require agencies to have an established professional creative wing and media relations wing separately with good record all over India.

Agencies would be required to submit their professional experience in advertisements; general publicity and image building measures for the last five years in government organisations. Agencies will also be required to submit a creative and innovative design in the areas of development of power sector and tenders, commercial, display, corporate advertisements, graphics, translation, etc., on various aspects relating to the various sectors, particularly in the power sector.
