Goldmine joins roster of agencies for MTNL mandate

State-owned telecommunications service provider MTNL has appointed Goldmine Advertising to handle its creative and media duties. The multi-agency pitch process began in early 2012 and saw the participation of agencies such as Percept, Concept and Graphic Ads, besides Goldmine. The agency’s Delhi office will service the brand, which plans to strengthen its presence in the country.

Other agencies that have also been empanelled for MTNL’s creative and media are Span, Airads and Crayons.

Commenting on the win, Rajindra Singla, Regional Director, Goldmine Advertising said, “We are happy to announce our association with MTNL, which is one of the leaders in telecommunication. Today, with the presence of so many players in this sector, it will be challenge for us to increase the brand equity that it has enjoyed amongst its customers.”
