GoaFest 2009: Media Abby’s 2009 shortlist announced

Following the round one of Media Abby’s judging process, the shortlist for the final round is announced. 77 entries have been shortlisted for the final rounds across 13 categories. The winners will be announced during the Media Abby Awards that will be held on April 3, 2009 during the GoaFest 2009.

This year, there are 34 judges to evaluate the media entries. The 13 categories that will be judged for the final rounds are Best use of Television, Best use of cinema, Best use of Newspapers and Magazines, Best use of Outdoor and Ambient media, Best use of Special events & stunt\live advertising, Best use of Radio, Best use of Internet and New Media, Best Use of Sponsorship, Best use of Branded Content, Best used of Mixed Media, Youth Marketing, Vertical Marketing, Pro Bond Marketing.

Some of the major clients that have been shortlisted across categories include; Vodafone, Axe, Colgate, Sunsilk, Virgin Mobile amongst others.
