Global positions for Pradeep Guha & Srinivasan Swamy at IAA

The annual meeting of the IAA World Board of Directors at Cannes on June 18, 2013 saw the confirmation of two Indians to key global positions.

Pradeep Guha gets another term as Vice President and Area Director, Asia/Pacific region, while Srinivasan Swamy, President, IAA India Chapter takes over as Vice President, Development Asia/Pacific.

Commenting on the development, Pradeep Guha said that there is a lot that can be done in the rapidly developing Asia/Pacific region, and stressed on the need for industry associations to collaborate in the greater interests of its professionals.

Meanwhile, Srinivasan Swamy called the 75th Anniversary of the IAA a landmark that will provide an impetus to many developmental events in the region that he would announce very soon. These would include a Global Marketing Summit in India, details of which were being worked out at present. Swamy also said that he would lead a delegation of senior Indian professionals to the IAA 75th Anniversary Leadership Forum that is scheduled for October 3 in London.
