Four Indian agencies honoured at the London International Awards

Four Indian agencies have been awarded at this year’s London International Awards (LIA). O&M has bagged two Golds and two Silvers, McCann Erickson has one Gold and a Silver, Leo Burnett has two Silvers, while JWT has bagged a Silver.

O&M bagged its Golds for IAPA and Mumbai National Association for the Blind, for its creatives titled ‘Mother-Son’, ‘Father-Daughter’ and ‘Mother-Daughter’, and ‘Braille’, respectively, both under the Print category. It also bagged two Silvers for WWF in the Poster category.

McCann Erickson won a Gold for its Happydent commercial under the Cinematography category in Television, while it also took home a Silver for the same commercial under the Confectionery/Snacks category for Television. Under the same category of Television, in the Apparels sub-category, JWT bagged a Silver for Nike India commercial.

Leo Burnett bagged a Silver for Prerana, for its creatives titled ‘Back’, ‘Thigh’, ‘Shoulder’ under the Poster category. The second Silver won by the agency was for its creative on Mumbai Sanctuary Asia, titled ‘Animal Tiger’.

Now in its 22nd year, the LIA honours preeminent work in advertising, design and digital media. The highly coveted and difficult to attain LIA statue has become an international icon of creative excellence.
