Mumbai-based Forecast Advertising recently launched Forecast Interactive. The arm will offer core services like flash presentations, multimedia presentations, e-brochures, e-catalogues, web ads and banners and web promotions.
Founded by Ganesh Shanbagh in 1990, Forecast Advertising is accredited with the Indian Newspaper Society. Commenting on starting Forecast Interactive, Shanbagh said, “Forecast Interactive is a full-fledged production house that is actively involved in creating websites, TVCs, and audio-visual films. We decided to launch our interactive services because electronic media is now the big wave in brand communication.”
He further said, “Interactive adds sound, motion and life to communication and infuses life into otherwise static messages. Forecast Interactive promises fresh ideas, innovative concepts and customised creatives because of our fully equipped design studio loaded with the latest technology and a talented creative team.”
Apart from interactive services, Forecast Advertising is currently also focusing on promotions. The agency, through its promotions business vertical, has worked on blockbuster movies like ‘Terminator’, ‘Jurassic Park’, ‘Indecent Proposal’, ‘Speed’, ‘Hyderabad Blues’ and ‘Pyaar Kiya Toh Darna Kya’. Forecast Advertising’s promotions division is also planning to actively get into retail space to increase footfalls in malls.
Some of Forecast Advertising’s clients include Pepsico India, Sony Music, Wella, Reliance Infocomm, Aditya Birla Group of Industries, Goodlass Nerolac Paints, Walt Disney Pictures, Columbia Tristar, INOX, Shringar Films, and Zandu Pharmaceuticals to name a few.
