FCB-Ulka, Delhi has bagged the creative duties for Business Park Town Planners Ltd (BPTP). BPTP is one of the key players in the arena of real estate development. Commenting on the account win, FCB-Ulka, Chief Operating Officer, Sanjeev Bhargava pegged the size of the account at close to Rs 8-10 crore. The incumbent agency was Lowe, Delhi.
Elated over the win, Bhargava said, “We are currently launching a corporate campaign for the company. Also, we are very excited about the work that we will be doing for them as the company has robust product plans in the Faridabad area. We are also working on malls, multiplexes, schools, hospitals, tree-lined streets, landscaped greens, children’s play zone, etc, which are a part of this project.”
Another business that FCB-Ulka bagged recently was that of KFC’s creative duties. The incumbent agency here was JWT.
Bhargava added that the size of the business would grow along with the new business. “We are planning out the company’s brand strategy, communication strategy, as well as corporate strategy,” he said.
He further said that KFC had plans to reopen its outlet in Delhi next month. There were also plans to open KFC outlets in metros and other major cities.
