Fanta's innovative fun-filled shape captured in new TVC

Fanta is back this summer with lots of fun and tingling excitement for its consumers in an innovative fun-filled shape - Fanta Spin, which will be promoted across Hindi channels through a TVC with brand ambassador and Bollywood actress Rani Mukherjee from April 10.

Vikas Gupta, Vice-President Marketing, Coca-Cola India, said, "We are very excited about the innovative Fanta Spin bottle which reflects the brand values of being a fun catalyst. Fanta Spin has had a very good response internationally and we are very positive that our consumers will enjoy the new look and feel of Fanta."

Being launched in a mobile pack size across the country in a phased manner, the product will be rolled out across India over next few weeks and the new shape represents the lively spirit of Fanta effectively captured in the latest TVC.

Conceptualised and developed by Ogilvy & Mather, the 20-second commercial showcases Rani and her friends at a bus stop trying to puncture a dude's efforts to impress the girls by using the Fanta spin bottle. The film has an element of humor in it and sums up with the voice over 'masti ne liya naya shape' positioning the new pack as the pack of fun.

In order to keep up the excitement this summer, the company has also planned lot of on-ground activities like road-shows covering youth hangouts in the city with exciting games like spin your future, spin bowling, juggling contest, write in a slogan and win an Akai MP3 Music Player.

The company will showcase its new look Fanta Spin through a different TVC in Tamil Nadu. Featuring famous South Indian actress Trisha, the 45-second commercial will be on air from April 11.
