PerceptH, a Percept-Hakuhodo Company, has been assigned the creative mandate for the roofing division of Everest Industries Ltd, one of India’s fastest growing building solutions company. The size of the business is pegged at around Rs 8-10 crore annually.
On winning the account, Amitava Mitra, Senior VP, PerceptH Delhi, said, “It is a great opportunity for us to work on an established brand like Everest, which has been around for over 74 years. This exceedingly challenging category will give us yet another opportunity to connect with the rural masses.”
Manish Sanghi, Executive Director, Everest Industries Ltd, said, “There was no formal pitch. We were very impressed with the complete 360 solution – both marketing and advertising – that Percept brought to the table. This made us decide that PerceptH would be our right communication partner for the roofing range.”
The company has aggressive plans for a national campaign for their roofing solutions. There would also be a lot of below the line activities, rural activation programmes and innovative communication programmes.
