Everest Brand Solutions has bagged the creative duties of JK Tyres’ radial truck tyres business following a multi-agency pitch. The account size is pegged in excess of Rs 10 crore.
Elated over the win, Everest Vice-president and GM, Delhi, Rajeev Rakshit, said, “We are happy to get the business. It was a five-agency pitch involving Dentsu Marcom, Contract, Bates and G3 besides Everest. We not only understood the client’s communication and marketing perspective but also their business perspective, which gave us the edge in winning account.”
Rakshit informed that the agencies were given the brief a fortnight ago. “We met their customers along with their sales team. We came to know from them how we could add value to their business.”
Rakshit informed that Everest would be working on JK Tyre’s latest radial truck tyre business. “This is a good example of how we have translated our vision of being a media independent agency and truly partner our clients,” he said.
JK Tyre, Business Head, Vikram Malhotra, said, “I confirm Everest winning the account. However, I can’t disclose the size of the business as it comes significantly from the ad budget. We basically selected Everest Brand Solutions as they matched our internal parameters.”
