Events & experiential industry gears up for EEMAGINE 2013

As D-Day approaches, the events and entertainment industry gears up for EEMAGINE 2013, the annual convention of Event & entertainment Management Association (EEMA). To be held from September 5 to 7 in Jaipur, EEMAGINE 2013 shall offer a number of modules catering to the events and entertainment industry, including B2B exhibition, the EEMAX Awards, and a convention, along with evening galas and after-parties to add a fun element to it.

This year, EEMAGINE will be host to industry stalwarts from all over the globe, who will be provide an international perspective to the events and entertainment industry. The convention this year aims at getting speakers that can add value to the industry with their expertise. The list which initially began with a few names, now has industry leaders such as Rob Norman, Music Agent – Creative Artists Agency (CAA); Jaya Row; Roshan Abbas, MD, Encompass and Media Entrepreneur and Film Director; Raghu Raman, CEO - National Intelligence Grid, Mahindra Group; Ajeet Bajaj, MD, Snow Leopard Adventurers; Antti Ohrling, Country Director, Rovio Entertainment/Angry Birds; and Min Chang, President Asia Pacific, Diversified Agency Services, Division of Omnicom Group, among others.

Events and activations are no longer restricted to just bringing together resources or executing the grand show. It is now an art, which blends events and entertainment with fine marketing to give investors bang for their buck. Also, it involves being able to execute marketing dynamics such as ATL and BTL initiatives. The EEMAX 2013 Awards are a step towards acknowledging the finest work in this space.

EEMAGINE 2013 will touch on more tactical issues faced by the industry, such as Return on Objectives and expanding the landscape of social events.
