Euro RSCG International, the world's fifth largest ad agency, is restructuring its Indian business. Post restructuring, Euro RSCG Targetmedia will be the investment vehicle for all downstream businesses of Havas (the new name of Euro RSCG International) in India.
Targetmedia will handle the agency's non-advertising businesses, while Euro RSCG Advertising will focus on the advertising business alone.
Euro RSCG Advertising has been ranked as the 11th advertising agency in India by A&M magazine for 2001. Its media billings in 2000-01 were at Rs 113.6 crore.
