Euro RSCG Bangalore has been roped in for the creative duties for a new pilot project of Café Coffee Day (CCD). The agency will be working on the communication for CCD’s initiative in the food and beverage category, which is being tested in a select few CCD outlets. There was no formal pitch for this initiative and the project is pegged at less than a crore.
Bidisha Nagaraj, President - Marketing, CCD, said, “This is a project for an initiative in the food and beverage category that we are testing at our select outlets. We do undertake such initiatives on a regular basis. Euro is handling the creatives for this pilot project. If we decide to launch any of these tested products on a national level, then our agency, CreativeLand Asia, will handle that communication.”
CreativeLand Asia handles the creative duties for the coffee chain, which sports the tagline ‘A lot can happen over coffee’. Traditionally, CCD has not done much of mass media advertising, though it remains immensely popular amongst youngsters.
