As exclusively reported by exchange4media earlier, (Honda Cars India scouts for creative agency for new launch) Honda Cars India was looking for a creative agency for its new launch under its product offering for Honda City. This new launch has been kept strictly under wraps so as not to affect the market for its existing offerings.
The multi-agency pitch, wherein only agencies on the current roster were invited, included participation from Grey Worldwide, Dentsu Marcom, and Soho Square Advertising and Marketing Communications, a division of the WPP Group in India.
While industry insiders confirm that Dentsu Marcom has won the creative duties for the new launch, the agency remained tight-lipped and refused to comment.
The agency’s other works for the brand includes ‘Today is that someday’ for the revamped Honda City and ‘All new CR-V. One life and Many lives’ for Honda CR-V.
