Dentsu Aegis Network’s Carat Media has bagged the media mandate for MasterCard in India, as confirmed by industry sources; the account size is pegged between Rs 40 to Rs 50 crore.
Carat Media will handle the all media duties including media planning, buying digital and outdoor duties.
Market sources also indicate that the agency has already started work on the account.
Carat Media won MasterCard media business globally, estimated to be around $200 million in February this year on the back of a global review. Carat Media won the global media duties for the account for all markets with the exception of Latin America.
