Dena Bank’s pitch call for advtg and PR mandates

Dena Bank has invited Expression of Interest (EoI) from ad agencies to handle its creative duties as well as media planning and media buying. The bank is also on the lookout for a PR partner.

Last date for submission of applications is May 19, 2012. The applications will be opened on May 22, 2012. Post this, short listing of agencies will be done and the short listed agencies would be asked to make a presentation to the screening committee of the bank.

Selection criteria for ad agencies include having a minimum annual turnover of Rs 15 crore in the last two years and a full-fledged office in Mumbai.

The agency should be able to offer comprehensive communication services through its country-wide network – from development of corporate identity aids, exhibitions, ad campaigns for the print and electronic media, sales promotion and market research to public relations.

The agency will also be required to provide designs and artworks for campaigns and other publicity materials as well as scripts for video, jingles for radio, ad films and so on.

The job profile of the PR agency will include getting maximum coverage in print and electronic media for news, events and information regarding the bank in Mumbai and other important centres; time to time interviews of the executives of the bank in print and electronic media to highlight the developments and image building of the bank, besides arranging of press conferences, analysts meets, customer meet, foundation day, etc.
