Delhi Advertising Club elects new executive body

HS Paul of Daily Excelsior-Jammu has been elected President of the Delhi Advertising Club, while Kailash Arora of Tarun Bharat, Goa & Dainik Janambhumi, Jorhat has been elected Hony. Secretary. The AGM and elections were held on August 2, 2013. VK Chopra conducted the elections as Election Officer.

Other members elected are:

Two Vice Presidents - Vijay Chopra of Interads Advertising and Subhash C Vatsain of The Hitavada –Nagpur

Two Joint Secretaries - Jatinder Pal Singh of Charhdikala and Annoop Joshii of SAIL

Hony. Treasurer - KK Malhotra of K’s Advertising

Eight Executive Committee Members are: Arun Kumar Soni of MPG, CS Paul of Kashmir Images, Naresh Sachdeva of Niyati Communication, Rohit Inder Singh of BHEL, T Sriram Gopal of Alaknanda Advertising, Vivek Srivastava of Innocean Worldwide, SK Babbar of LNJ Bhilwara Corp, and Surinder Rana of Shakti Bhog Food.

Immediately after the election was over, DAC President HS Paul and board members co-opted four members – Tarun Nigam of Starcom, Mukesh Gupta of Graphisads, Naresh Khetrapal of Span Communication, and Gaurav Chopra of Bombay Samachar – as Executive Committee Members.

The Board also nominated and requested VK Chopra to be the Chief Patron of the Club, which he accepted.
