Damas signs up Amitabh Bachchan as brand ambassador

Damas Jewellery LLC, an internationally renowned retail jewellery chain has appointed Amitabh Bachchan as its brand ambassador. Company officials explains that keeping in line with its vision of bringing beauty into everyday lives, Damas has lined up some very aggressive growth plans for the international market. The communication strategy will involve high profile advertising in press and outdoor featuring Big B.

Damas set up its first retail outlet in 1907. Over the years, it has grown into a global entity with more than 180 outlets across the region. Damas has to its credit a number of prestigious awards including the De Beers 2000 for jewellery designing. Some of its internationally acclaimed jewellery brands include Graff, David Morris, Tiffany, Pomellato, Carrera Y Carrera, Faberge, Scavia, etc.
