Global real estate giant IREO has appointed Crayons Advertising as its media AOR following a multi-agency media pitch. This is the first time that IREO has appointed a creative and media agency. The creative duties are being handled by McCann Erickson. The account has been pegged at Rs 50 crore. It is learnt that IREO is spending nearly Rs 30 crore as ad spend in September and October this year alone. The campaign is slated to break on September 3.
IREO will pump $500 million in various infrastructure projects in India. The group has already invested $1.5 billion in India and is one of the largest investors in the country’s real estate sector.
On winning the account, Ranjan Bargotra, President, Crayons Advertising, said, “We are very excited to handle the prestigious media assignment and we will plan media in a way that will establish IREO as a top name in the real estate category.”
Bargotra further said, “We are breaking a campaign in OOH and print on September 3. The TV campaign will break a little later. The OOH hoardings will be put up in Delhi, the NCR and Punjab, while the print campaign will break in newspapers and business magazines.”
