Confluence bags Rs 4-cr Sheela Foams account

Confluence Communication has bagged Sheela Foams advertising and media account over a four-agency pitch. The account is pegged at Rs 4 crore.

Confirming the news with exchange4media.com, Tapas Gupta, Managing Director of the agency, said: “After a month-long effort we have been successful in getting this account. This has prime importance for us and, the win is a testimony of the services we deliver to the client.”

However, on being contacted, Sheela Foams officials refused to divulge anything on this issue.

The agency has been entrusted to work for the flagship brand, Sleepwell mattresses and pillows. Asked about possible campaign plan for the product, Gupta said, “There was no specific plan chalked out so far. However, the agency would soon begin working out strategies.”

With the Sheela Foams account, Confluence has added businesses worth Rs 10 crore in its kitty over the last one month, said an official release from the agency. Among the most remarkable recent account-wins, there are the creative and media businesses for India Prepaid Services – a South African JV with Indian partners, involved in re-charging services for pre-paid cellular connections, the Rs 2.5-crore account of Air Hostess Academy (AHA) and, the Rs 1.75-crore assignment for Geep Batteries and Flashlights and the group’s new toothpaste brand Personnal.
