Club Mahindra scouts for creative partner for new product

Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd’s Club Mahindra is in the process of launching a new product for its customers. In the process, the company has invited agencies to present creative ideas to take care of the responsibility. Industry sources peg the business in the vicinity of Rs 6–8 crore. The responsibilities of Club Mahindra are currently handled by Interface Communications.

While the client has been tight-lipped on the new product and the proceedings of the pitch so far, informed sources share that agencies like Triton, Ambience, Lemon Communications and Interface are competing for the business. The pitch processes have completed and the decision is expected in a week’s time. The launch of the new product however, is planned only in the next financial year.

Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd is a part of the Rs 6,000-crore Mahindra Group. In the financial year 2003-04, the company saw its member base grow by over 25 per cent. Club Mahindra Varca Beach Resort, Goa and Lakeview Resort, Munnar have won an RCI Gold Crown Award each year since its inception.
