Central Cottage Industries Corporation’s creative up for grabs

The Delhi-headquartered Central Cottage Industries Corporation (CCIC) of India has sent out invitations to advertising agencies for empanelment.

Sources suggest that the agencies with Indian Newspaper Society (INS) accreditation and a minimum experience of five years in similar field are eligible to pitch for the business. A minimum annual turnover of Rs. 5 crore during the preceding three years is also required to be shown by the agency.

The selection of agencies will be based on a two-stage process wherein CCIC will scan the agencies on the basis of their meeting the eligibility criteria and then the short listed ones will be required to make a presentation on the creative strategy, basis on which the final selection will happen.

Post empanelment, the responsibilities for the agencies range from providing services in the fields of publicity, design, printing, PR activities etc.

Applicant agencies can drop in their tender forms at CCIC of India Limited, Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi. Last date of submission is April 19, 2011.
