CAREERS360 acquires Mumbai Angels Funded NoPaperForms

Careers360, The Education Hub operated by Pathfinder Publishing Pvt. Ltd., has acquired Mumbai Angels Funded enrolment management platform, for an undisclosed sum.

Launched 4 years ago, NoPaperForms has developed a user-driven enrollment automation engine that makes it easy for academic institutions to accept admission applications online. The startup was first recognized in 2011 for its innovative product and business model when it won the first prize at Eureka, Asia’s largest startup competition organized by the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai (IIT-B).

?Naveen Goyal , Director & CSO of Careers360 said  "nopaperforms acquisition will help CAREERS360 augment and strengthen its B2B clientele offering and help Institutes spend smartly on digital media. We plan to build strong analytics engine on top of the enrolment platform to help Institutes spend money judiciously. Currently, nopaperforms is managing more than 2 lacs application for 30+ clients that include top Bschools and universities. With our market reach coupled with investments in technology and product, we hope to deploy the platform in 500+ colleges with in the next 2-3 years".

Vishal Shah, founder and former CEO of NoPaperForms, said, “less than 5 years ago, the concept of running admissions online was considered untested and infeasible at most public universities and colleges. Fast-forward to today and you can see that the market has significantly matured with hundreds of institutions embracing the Internet to conduct and manage their enrollments. I see incredible synergies between Careers360’s unparalleled academic reach with over 6 million monthly active users and NoPaperForms’ dynamic enrollment platform, which combined could potentially make online admissions the norm in India before the end of this decade. I’m truly excited about what the future holds for NoPaperForms and congratulate both teams on this achievement.”
