Cannes Lions 2009: Meera Sharath Chandra, Atul Nath, Ashish Khazanchi on jury list

Close on the heels of Lynn de Souza being appointed on the Cannes Lions 2009 media jury, more Indians have been announced on various Cannes juries. They include Meera Sharath Chandra, President & National Creative Director, RMG Connect (Cyber Lions), Atul Nath, Managing Director, Candid Marketing (Promo Lions), and Ashish Khazanchi, National Creative Director, Publicis Ambience (Radio Lions). The 56th International Advertising Festival will be held on June 21-27 June 2009.

Judging will take place in Cannes during the Festival week, with the Promo Lions winners being announced on Monday, June 22, the Radio Lions on Tuesday, June 23, and the Cyber winners being honoured on Wednesday, June 24.

Philip Thomas, CEO of the Festival, said, “We are really proud to present more fantastic jury line-ups. It’s an honour to bring together such groups of professionals from all over the world, who are at the top of their game to judge at these global awards.”
