BSNL Gujarat on the hunt for advertising agencies

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Gujarat telecom circle, Ahmedabad has invited advertising agencies for a two-year empanelment, according to reliable sources.

Sources also divulged that a maximum of six agencies will be appointed and they will be responsible for designing, conceptualising, media planning and management, including release of advertisements in outdoor, print, TV, radio, web etc. The duration can be extended twice for periods of six months each.

Eligibility criteria expect the applicant agencies to have continuous and regular INS (Indian Newspaper Society) accreditation for the last two years. The agencies should also have accreditation with Doordarshan and AIR.

The applicant agencies should have a full-fledged office at Ahmedabad to ensure efficient work process. Preference will be given to the agencies who are handling at least three government, PSU or MNC client accounts.

Interested agencies can contact Telephone bhavan CG road, Ahmedabad for further details. Completed tenders are to be submitted at the office of CGMT, Gujarat Telecom circle, Telephone Bhavan, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad. Last date of submission is May 07, 2011.
