Bharat Shah holds 92% stake in B4U Multimedia

B4U Multimedia, has transferred all its assets and functions to B4U Television Networks from April 1 this year. While admitting that Shah holds 92 per cent stake in B4U Multimedia, chief executive officer of B4U Multimedia, Ravi Gupta, said the film financier holds no equity in B4U Television Networks and that the transfer of assets to the latter has been done with Shah’s full knowledge.
