Bharat Matrimony Group hands creative duties to Network Advertising

The Bharat Matrimony Group has handed its creative duties to Network Advertising, following a multi-agency pitch. The agency will handle all the brands of the group. Prior to this, Starcom was finalised as the media agency. The business is pegged at Rs 25 crore. The news was confirmed by Murugavel Janakiraman, CEO, Bharat Matrimony Group.

Speaking to exchange4media, he said, “The strategic route suggested by Network suited our needs. They understood our businesses and overall group requirement. It was the most convincing pitch, although several others forced us to think before making the final decision.”

Network Advertising does not have an office in Chennai at present, and Vinod Nair, CEO, Network Advertising said that the account would be serviced from Mumbai, “as of now”. The agency will handle the creative duties of clickjobs.com, indiaproperty.com, indiaautomobile.com, indialist.com and indiapages.com, the offline venture (Matrimony Centres) and parent brand bharatmatrimony.com.
