BEI Confluence has bagged the creative mandate of real estate developer Ansal API. The account is worth Rs 18 crore. The incumbent agency was Grey Worldwide. BEI Confluence is already handling the Ansal API corporate account.
Kunal Banerji, Vice-president, Marketing, Ansal API, said, “The reason we have roped in BEI Confluence is that they have been doing some great work for us. The size of the creative business is Rs 18 crore. The TVC will break in a month’s time on all news and entertainment channels. Our focus right now is on print and outdoor.”
Reacting to the win, Devraj Basu, Regional Director-North & East, BEI Confluence, said, “I am really happy to win this prestigious real estate business. Grey Worldwide had been handling the creative account so far, while we were handling the corporate and brand building account for Ansal API. We are working on a 360-degree approach, which includes print, TV, outdoor, etc.”
He further said, “We are focussing on the Uttar Pradesh area, including Lucknow, where we have launched a print campaign for Ansals this week. Next in line is Punjab. We have already set up billboards all over Delhi.”
