Bates CHI & Partners to handle Kumar Properties’ creative duties

Kumar Properties, a real estate developer in Pune, has appointed Bates CHI & Partners to handle its creative duties.

The real estate firm is developing several projects in the cities of Maharashtra and Karnataka. Bates CHI & Partners will currently work with Kumar Properties on its Hinjewadi project, ‘Megapolis’, an IT Park located in Pune that spans 150 acres and is in close proximity to several technology companies.

Bates will partner with Kumar Properties to create a distinct brand promise and a marketing strategy that will make the brand more relevant to its customers. The mandate involves various requirements on brand communications, including print advertising and an out of home campaign, shared an official release.
