Bates 141 Kolkata to handle creative duties for Axiom Estates

Bates 141 Kolkata has bagged the creative duties for Axiom Estates following a multi-agency pitch involving JWT, Grey and Lowe, besides Bates 141. Initiative Media has been handling the international media business for Axiom Estates for over a year.

Axiom Estates has become one of the largest providers of India property services to NRIs globally with own and associate offices in London, New York, Silicon Valley, Dubai and across India. A comprehensive central database and relationships with leading developers across the country enables Axiom to provide real estate investment advisory services on inter-city opportunities. With the RBI permitting Indians to buy property overseas, Axiom also provides counsel to its Indian customers on real estate investment opportunities in the overseas markets.

Headquartered in London, Axiom Group provides India property services to the NRI community based in the UK, the US, and the Middle East. Axiom Estates, through its organised marketing and integration of key services, enables NRIs to choose, buy and manage their India property without the need to travel.

Axiom Estates will be launching their services shortly across India and Bates 141 would be involved in developing strategies and communication to tap their clients both in India and abroad.
