AVT Premium awards biz to Push Integrated

AVT Consumer Products has awarded the business of its flagship CTC dust tea brand, AVT Premium to Push Integrated Communications.

The agency has been brought on board with a view to launch a format extension of the brand accompanied by a design upgrade, said an official release.

Ravi Sanker, CEO, AVT Consumer Products Division is of the view that AVT Premium as a brand is moving into its next level of competency, both in product delivery and market presence. “Push Integrated is the ideal partner for this journey as it has the right mix of competencies, infrastructural capabilities and most importantly, the right talent, both on strategic platforms as well as excellence in creativity. Our association is a perfect match.”

The company has been looking for an agency that could rework the brand design and Push fits the criteria in all aspects. The communication budget for the brand is approximately Rs 6 to Rs 8 crore; however, the budgets are yet to be framed for the current year factoring in new market launches and other key tactical initiatives, shared the release.

Speaking on the new win, VA Shrikumar, MD and CEO, Push Integrated Communications said, “We are extremely elated to be working on AVT’s flagship brand AVT Premium and we are committed to bringing in a new dimension to the brand, both strategically and in design.”

For the record, AVT Premium is one of the leading brands in states such as Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Orissa.
